My experience with this seller was not good. My rating of this business is based on the fact that Etsy refunded my purchase, otherwise, there would have been no stars. The brass tray has multiple dents and is of very poor quality, very thin and flimsy. It does not sit level on the wooden support & wobbles. The seller was notified immediately and implied that I dented it, with no offer of assistance. The packaging was intact and I did not dent it. As well, the seller said he had a dark brown stain colour for the wooden support, however, he did not ship it as per my order. I did not get what I ordered and the seller suggested I contact Etsy for a refund. I wish I could post more pictures - a very disappointing experience & I still had to pay taxes & duties.
